The Incident Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of incidents and ensure timely and effective resolution. Maintaining service quality and reliability through strong incident handling, escalation management, and root cause analysis.

The Incident Manager will support problem management processes and the continuous improvement of service desk operations through KPI reporting, ticket quality checks, and assist in the training of new team members.

Ideally, candidates should have experience working in a service desk environment with incident resolution experience.

Candidates who are ITIL certified or willing to take the ITIL examination are preferred.
