Location: Newark - This role is based in Newark

Are you passionate in delivering great customer service to both internal and external customers?

Good IT knowledge/skills with great drive will be crucial in this role.

If you have IT service provider experience we would love to hear from you but this is not essential?

You will be in a small team based in our Newark Head Office, so the ability to work together is crucial as will excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite programs, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

A bit more about the role:

Working within the Provisioning team you will communicate with our customers, internal departments and suppliers via a range of platforms relating to the onboarding of our services and products. We will give full training for this to ensure any issues are followed up and rectified, providing a great customer experience.

  • Management of customer orders and keeping them informed until services are live
  • Provide first hand support speaking with our customers during the changeover of their services and answering any queries they may have
  • Work with management and the broader team to improve the customer experience
