Location - Newark
This role is based in Newark at our Head Office. As an integral part of a busy Customer Services team you will be required to offer full support to our customer base. You will work within a team and be required to share knowledge and experience. An essential part of your role is to establish and maintain a constructive relationship with our customer base by understanding their business drivers and delivering service excellence and exceeding expectations.
