Sales Support Executive

Hours: Monday to Friday – Full Time

About the role:

Sales Support provide day to day support for new orders, renewals and governance for our customers, working closely with sales and account managers to ensure all orders are processed efficiently.

  • Assisting with pricing requests and quotations
  • Developing strong working relationships with customers and account managers
  • Taking responsibility for compiling clean data and concise order paperwork
  • Provide a day-to-day point of contact where an Account Manager is not available.

This position sits within a busy, vibrant, and supportive team as such the following experience and personal attributes will contribute to a successful application.

  • A confident team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to work with others to achieve tight deadlines
  • Strong and effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, Salesforce & ServiceNow
  • Previous experience in sales support /internal sales/ administrative roles
  • Attention to detail
  • You will also have "on the job" training!
