About the Role: 

We have an exciting opportunity offering valuable experience and exposure within Change Management.

Our vacancy is divided into two key roles: processing and monitoring requests through the Change Management process and building and maintaining customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management

  • Taking ownership of your workload, delivering excellent service to customers as well as communicating with all areas of the business
  • Log and track change requests throughout their life cycle, gaining work approvals for all activities
  • Assigning technical resources to implement and complete change activities where possible
  • Assist in the creation of reports collecting data on the progress of change requests and team workload

User Provisioning

  • Create and manage customer user accounts, handling queries professionally.
  • Use the relevant tools to fix access issues proactively
  • Update team/department documentation.
  • Provide cover in backup tape management when needed
  • Securely manage customer information,  following our company data protection policy.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 

  • Experience in IT service delivery and ITIL, preferably with Change Management exposure.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or previous experience of a service management toolset
