Role Purpose:

As an Account Manager you will act as the main point of contact for our corporate and enterprise customers, developing long term trusted relationships to drive retention and new business whitespace opportunities.
To increase revenue and contracted margin to increase profit and EBITDA.
The Account Manager role involves identifying opportunities and working to sell our portfolio of Managed Services, creating solutions that lead to cost effective and profitable outcomes to fulfil customer requirements and challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

To nurture and develop relationships with Digital Space customers and partners to drive organic growth.
Understand the customer IT strategy and act as the ambassador internally for the customer.

Proactively build customer contacts and rapport across their customer base. Working across multiple levels and operating units.

To maintain and grow customer revenue and margin in line with your sales target.

Build relationships with all key customer internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure Salesforce and other internal CRM systems are kept up to date with accurate opportunities, contacts, account development plans and customer insight.

You will be expected to produce progress reports and updates to your management team, including attending weekly forecasting and strategy calls.

Attending and reporting at weekly and quarterly 1-2-1’s with your management team, as well as regular updates to help the business forecast accurately to our investors.

Utilise the experience of the Digital Space internal teams to support you on any projects, bids, and RFP’s. Including the management of sales documentation and adherence to the sales methodology to ensure professional and outcome driven sales documentation.

Work closely with internal Digital Space teams to drive customer satisfaction which is reported on a regular basis using several methods.

Work with internal customer facing teams (e.g., service, operations, project management and commercial) to identify wider strategic customer challenges and deliver profitable Digital Space solutions.
