Are you fed up with the 9 to 5 and want more work life balance? We are looking for someone who can work a Shift Pattern and be happy to work on site at our Telford Office as one of our IBM i Operators or our Wintel Operators.

Maybe you have left college or are looking for your next entry level role? Have you completed an IT Support Qualification specialising in troubleshooting hardware and software issues?

What will you need for the role:

Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a knack for diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Proven aptitude for identifying and troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Strong analytical skills with a focus on methodical problem-solving and issue resolution.

Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply logical solutions to technical challenges

Our IBM I Operators & Wintel Operators will need to offer Technical Support and be able to troubleshoot while providing great customer service.

You will be problem solving offering IT support as a helpdesk to our valued Customer base.

You will also need a Driving Licence
