Are you ready for your next challenge with a great Team? Have you got experience as a technical architect, 3rd line support, delivery engineer or pre-sales architect in the field of networking?

We are looking for a Product Architect to join Digital Space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sitting in the CTO team, working with our technical and product teams to build compelling technical roadmaps that drive value for our customers and capture the market demand, the Product Architect will create standard reference architectures that focus on scale and excellent service. These will be created in collaboration with other Digital Space teams and our strategic vendors.

Experience:

  • Experience as a technical architect, 3rd line support, delivery engineer or pre sales architect in the field of networking.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of designing customer solutions and producing technical documentation such as designs, diagrams and documentation.
  • Base knowledge of the security market and solutions that relate to networking.

Key Areas you will bring to life!

  • Create standard reference architectures for solutions. Primarily focussed on networking and network security to start.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships at a strategic and technical level.
  • Bring technical insight to the internal product development process.
  • Lead the R&D function and collaborate with technical colleagues where needed.
  • Engage in tandem with the product team to articulate and business case the application, value, and benefits of technical solutions.
  • Act as technical design authority across assigned product developments, ensure repeatability, scalability and customer experience are considered when evaluating solutions.
  • Leading and owning research and development work resulting in the creation of service reference architecture and other solution related documentation. For example, template HLD, Support documentation, product service description, standard configuration files, monitoring configuration.
  • Accountable for QA of the standard solutions and reference architectures. With ownership of business acceptance testing by other functions within the company.
  • Support the business process for service transition, bringing services into life and enabling adoption of product implementations.
  • Work with operational subject matter experts to iterate systems or skills to support new products and services.
  • Work with strategic vendors to build a close working relationship and ensure Digital Space adhere to best practice architectures.
